I am a
professional musician who has been playing for 15 years. I have
been teaching privately for 4 and have an undergraduate degree from
The University of
Miami School of Music in Jazz Bass Performance.
My favorite gig has been with the band Basement, with whom I have
toured nationally and opened for Les
Claypool and STS9.
I am currently playing
with Entropy
- a funk, soul and hip-hop collective based out of Atlanta, GA.
In addition, I play straight ahead jazz and bossa nova on the
upright bass with Adam Johnson when available. I also play with
a gypsy jazz quartet named The Hot Club of Athens in Athens, Ga.
